The Centre

The History

Cheeky Cherubs is an exciting children’s play centre in the heart of Urmston. We opened in July 2014 as a Community Interest Company, which means it is owned by the community and is not for profit.

Myself (Sue Wilkinson) and 5 directors from the community built a fantastic venue for families of all ages and abilities, including soft play frame with spinny disc, zip wire, toddler area and two great slides. Visit Happy land to boost imagination. Enjoy a meal from the cafe Explore the sensory room and interactive projector. Our parties are affordable, great fun and memorable.

We also provide space for local small businesses to sell and promote their product or services.
The centre is reliant on funding to help us develop. Most of the centre has been built on various successful funding bids, you will see us continue to improve and evolve over the coming months and years should funding permit.

Our 3 youth clubs are extremely popular with the local young people, empowering and offering great opportunities.
